Alf R. Endresen, 99, formerly of Oneonta NY passed away November 23, 2020 at his home in Sebastian, FL.

Alf was born October 3, 1921 in Brooklyn, NY,

He was proud to have served in the United States Coast Guard during WWII. After the Coast Guard he spent many years as Captain of Oil Barges, traveling along the scenic Hudson River.

Alf loved nature and the great outdoors as well as being an avid woodworker.  He was always ready to tell a story or a joke or two with everyone he met.

Alf was predeceased by his first wife, Evelyn (nee Nilsen); 2nd wife Lucienne (nee Hubbell); two brothers, Henrik and Otto and his twin sister, Ruth Kristiansen.

Left behind to cherish Alf's memory are his beloved daughters, Judith Reeve of Micco, FL and Melody (Michael) Allen of Sebastian, FL; two grandsons, Ryan and Christopher, and 4 great grandchildren.

Services will be held on 11 a.m. Monday, November 30 at Oneonta Assembly of God, 1667 Co. Rd. 48, Oneonta NY.  Please wear a face cover and maintain social distancing.  Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Jefferson, NY.
