Maryland, NY - Alyssa R. Hoag, four months, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2006 at the Albany Medical Center.
She was born on February 28, 2006 in Albany, the daughter of Francis Wheeler and Jessica Hoag.
Alyssa is survived by her parents; her maternal grandparents, Robert and Leona Hoag; her paternal grandparents, Robert Wheeler and Robyn Breiten and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m., Monday, July 10, 2006 at the Lewis, Hurley & Pietrobono Funeral Home, 51 Dietz St., Oneonta with the Rev. Judith A. Thistle chaplain at the A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital officiating.
There will be no calling hours.
Contributions may be made in loving memory of Alyssa to the American Cancer Society, 6725 Lyons St., East Syracuse, NY 13057.
