Barbara Ann Stevens, 50, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the Cobleskill Regional Hospital.

She was born on July 25, 1961 in Worcester, the daughter of Clarence and Alice (Adair) Hagadorn.

Barbara worked at the Cobleskill Regional Hospital for 25 years as a custodian in the housekeeping Department, a job which she loved.

She enjoyed camping, dancing, flowers, country music and having a good time with family and friends.

Barbara is survived by her fiancé of 5 years, Dan Race of Worcester; her daughter, Melissa Stevens and her fiancé, Landon Cullipher of Charlotteville; her son, Jason Stevens of Worcester; her mother and step father, Alice and Arthur Morell of East Worcester; her sisters and brothers, Bonnie Lou and John Coffin of East Worcester, Wanda Hagadorn and Howard Stannard of Jefferson, NY, Ricky and Tina Hagadorn of Middleburg, Clarence "Mannie" Hagadorn Jr. of Worcester and Steven and Beth Morell of Worcester; her grandchildren which she dearly loved, Kala Stevens and Landon Cullipher; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was predeceased by her father, Clarence "Pete" Hagadorn Sr.; her ex-husband, Harry R. Stevens and her mother and father-in-law, Helen and Harry Stevens.

Calling hours will be held Thursday, August 18, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the E.J. Skinner Co. Funeral Chapel, 155 Main Street in Worcester.

A private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions may be made in loving memory of Barbara to her grandchildren, Kala Stevens and Landon Cullipher. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
