Beatrice Bell Mabon's Obituary
SCHENEVUS – Beatrice Bell Mabon, nee Estus, 97, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2008 at the Otsego Manor in Cooperstown.
She was born February 27, 1911 in Andes.
Mrs. Mabon previously lived in Bovina Center and Delhi. She raised and bred show dogs, which she has won many awards for.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Alfred Augtave Lifgren and her second husband, Archibald Mabon; two sons, Alfred A. Lifgren Jr. and Don Lifgren; as will as her 12 bothers and sisters.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Nancy Lifgren; grandchildren, James, Debbie and Donna; 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, August 25, 2008 at the Heller Funeral Home, Schenevus, with the Rev. Keith VanDewerker, retired, officiating.
Interment will follow at the Woodland Cemetery in Delhi.
