Oneonta – Beverly Ann Kelly, 54, passed away April 15, 2022 at Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, NY.

She was born May 5, 1967 in Springfield, Massachusetts, the daughter of David C. and Beverly Ann (Cox) Kelly.

Beverly has been a part of The ARC Otsego family for many years.   She worked at the ARC workshop and at the Oneonta Southside Burger King.

She loved going to church.  She also loved music and laughing.  Beverly had a great sense of humor and understood sarcasm very well.  She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Beverly is survived by her father, David C. Kelly Sr. and her brother, David C. Kelly Jr.  She was predeceased by her mother.
