Bonnie M.
French
July 3, 1943 – May 21, 2026
United Methodist Church
12:00 - 1:00 pm (Eastern time)
Bonnie M. (Cooper) French, 82, passed away May 21, 2026 at her home in Worcester.
Born on July 3, 1943, she was the daughter of Charles and Mae Cooper (Crewell). Bonnie was predeceased her several brothers and sisters. She is survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews. In addition, she had many friends who were like family. She loved them all.
Bonnie met her husband Jim while working for Astrocom Electrical. They were married for 43 years until his passing.
She went on to work for F. N. Burt company, Sanyo Coat Factory, at home care, and the Worcester post office. Volunteer work was very important to Bonnie. She enjoyed working with the ladies at Store House thrift shop very much. In addition, she belonged to the Young at Heart Club in Schenevus, NY. She was often telling stories of the next upcoming bust trip with them and enjoyed being part of the planning for those adventures.
Bonnie loved people, dancing, camping, traveling, painting, and of course, her flowers. She also adored her little man, Mickey Doo-Doo, the chubby chihuahua.
She wants everyone to be happy that she got to touch their lives, and she really got a kick out of people asking her if she was going to “behave herself”. She found it most amusing when this question came from Pastor Russ, her church pastor, who we are all sure will not forget some of the stories Bonnie has told him.
Bonnie’s sense of humor will be missed by all who knew her. She was a person who loved people and in return she was loved by so many. Thank you all and love you all.
