Oneonta – Brian F. Dwyer, 51, passed away June 29, 2020 at his home with the love of his life Vickie with him.

He was born March 18, 1969 in Rockville Centre, the son of Francis and Maryann (Jankowski) Dwyer of West Hempstead.

Brian grew up in Suffolk County and graduated from Sachem High School in Holbrook.

Brian enjoyed being a tractor trailer driver. He was a loyal employee for 20 years at North American Supply Co. in Oneonta.

Brian loved the mountains and fishing and he had a wide circle of friends.  He is now with his grandparents, his dad and all his dogs who crossed over the rainbow bridge through the years. We love him and miss him very much.  He is now in the loving arms of Jesus.

Brian was a big influence in his daughter's life. He had a lot of friends, and loved by many "two times".

He is survived by his mother, Maryann Dwyer; brother, Jimmy Dwyer; his partner, Vickie Tolbert; and daughter, Karina Preston.

A memorial service will be 7 p.m. July 16, 2020 at The Upper Room Christian Church, 83 N. Kortright Church Rd., Davenport, with the pastor Fred DeChristopher, officiating.  Please wear a face cover and maintain social distancing.
