Christine M. Wilke, 74, of Davenport, NY and formerly of Peekskill, NY passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2020 at her home.

Chris was born December 30, 1945 at the old Peekskill Hospital in Peekskill, NY daughter of Robert Barger and Barbara Dempsey. She attended Assumption School and graduated from Peekskill High School in 1963.  She married James E Padilla in 1964.  James E. Jr. and Kevin A. Padilla were born to this union.  The couple divorced in the late 70's.

Christine was then wed to Richard Wilke in Virginia in 1987.

Survivors include Richard Wilke; sister, Marcie (Michael) Leonard; son, James (Caroline) Padilla; stepson, Michael (Kimberly) Wilke; granddaughter, Dawn (Tony) Payne; grandson, Michael Padilla and granddaughter, Jessica (Alexander) Storjohann; five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; step father, Raymond Puff; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Nicolas LaSorsa; son, Kevin A. Padilla and grandson, James Alexander Padilla.
