Obituary

Oneonta – Debra S. Annutto-Dauenheimer, 62, passed on April 14, 2025, at Sloan Kettering Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.

Debbie was born on September 8, 1962 in Herkimer, the beloved daughter of Anthony M. Annutto Jr. and Judith A. (Sporer) Annutto.

Debbie graduated from Herkimer High School in 1980 and from H.C.C.C. pursuing her passion for business.  In her early days she sold corn out of the back of her father's pick-up truck, later partnering with her father to open Annutto's Farm Stand 40 years ago.

On September 17, 2000 Debbie married the love of her life, Philip Dauenheimer in a ceremony held on a yacht on the Hudson.

Debbie had a joyful passion to travel.  Whether it was taking a spectacular trip to a different country, or staying within the States, she made sure she lived her life to the fullest.  Her travel partners were typically her husband, Phil, Dar Patten, Becky Marusic, and Wendy Alley.  If she wasn't traveling the world, she was running her business, Annutto's Farm Stand, with her family by her side.  She had a love for cooking and putting on a delicious Holiday spread.  She was also known for her love of animals, deep sea fishing and a good game of cards.

She is survived by husband, Phil Dauenheimer; father, Tony Annutto Jr.; mother, Judy Keefe; sister, Michele and husband, George Rowan; niece, Hannah Rowan (Brandon); and a great nephew whom she loved dearly, Landan Rose.  She had an extra special bond with her uncle, James (Sandra) Annutto.
