DECATUR - Denise was known as a loving mother and grandmother, blessed to have a loving family. Her favorite moments were spent with her grandsons.

She was very creative and crafty, always thinking of her next project.

A strong love for reading, often quoting, "I am traveling through words," the outdoors and gardening. Most people remember her as being spunky, independent and full of energy.

She is survived by her daughter, Danielle; son, Joseph; grandsons, Carter, Benjamin; and all her friends and family.

A Celebration of Denise's life will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 10, at the East Worcester United Methodist Church.

Contributions may be made in her memory to a food pantry of one's choice.
