Worcester - Donald J. " Duck " Kirby III, 38, passed away Friday, April 20, 2007.
He was born July 14, 1968 in Patchogue, NY, the son of Donald J. And Alice J. (Ehrle) Kirby Jr.
An area resident since 1969, he worked for Cash Oil in Worcester and was a self-employed carpenter.
Donald enjoyed hunting, fishing and the great outdoors. He was a member of the NRA.
He is survived by his father, Donald J. Kirby Jr. of Worcester; a sister, Donna Empie and her husband, James of Worcester; a brother, Daniel Kirby and his companion, Sue Jones of Worcester; 3 nephews, Anthony Kirby and Brandon and James Empie Jr.; five great-nephews and two great-nieces.
He was predeceased by his mother, Alice J. Kirby.
A memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m. Saturday, April 28, 2007 at the Summit Baptist Church, Charlotteville Road, in Charlotteville with the Rev. Roger Gural and the Rev. Grant Smith, pastor of the Summit Baptist Church officiating.
Contributions may be made in loving memory of Donald to the Summit Baptist Church, Charlotteville Road, Charlotteville, NY 12036.
