Oneonta – Donald C. Kelly, Sr., 82, passed away October 27, 2020 at Cooperstown Center.

He was born January 15, 1938 in Port Henry, the son of Arthur and Grace (Steveson) Kelly.

Don was a United State Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn (Parker) Kelly; son, Donald C. Kelly, Jr., and wife, Christine; grandchildren, Ryan and Jenna Kelly; siblings, Thomas and Pat Kelly, David Kelly and Grace and Melvin Hyatt; sisters-in-law, Alice Bevelaqua and Audrey Earle, as well as several nieces and nephews.

No services will be held at this time.
