Davenport Center – Donald A. Pidgeon, 35, passed suddenly onto Heaven March 8, 2019.

Don was born November 14, 1983 in Oneonta, the son of Paul and Emily (Risley) Pidgeon.

He grew up in Oneonta and graduated from Oneonta High School.

Don married Angela Marie Clapper on February 4, 2006.

He enjoyed outside activities, nature, playing basketball with his friends, and living life.

Don worked at Hampshire House, and enjoyed getting to know the wonderful people there.

He was a member of the Pilgrim Holiness Church in East Worcester.

He is survived by his wife, Angela Pidgeon; his brother, Gilbert Pidgeon of Cooperstown; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was predeceased by his parents.

The memorial service will be 6 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2019 at the Lewis, Hurley & Pietrobono Funeral Home, 51 Dietz St., Oneonta, with the Rev. Jason Damin, officiating.

Interment at the Glenwood Cemetery will be at later date.
