SCHENEVUS – Dorothy J. Sutton, 79, passed away January 1, 2020 at her home.

She was born April 7, 1940 in Neptune, NJ, the daughter of William and Dorothy (Thompson) Hill.

She married Donald J. Sutton on March 25, 1962 on Dog Hill Road in Maryland, NY. He predeceased her on January 3, 2003.

Dorothy retired from Memorial Hospital in Albany as a registered nurse.

She is survived by her sons, Christopher Sutton, William Sutton and Leslie Sutton and his wife, Colleen Walker; grandchildren, Jacquelynne Sutton and William Sutton; great-grandchildren, Sophia, Jazmin, Janessa, Devonte and Elijah; and several nieces and nephews.

The graveside service at the Maryland Cemetery will be announced at a later date.
