Edward J. Henn, 88, passed away at home on September 3, 2012 after a long illness.

Edward was born on November 25, 1923 in Valley Stream, NY.

He was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in WWII in North Africa and Italy as a military police officer.

Throughout his life he was involved in agriculture, and owned his own nursery both on Long Island and in Westford.

Edward is survived by Julia Henn, his wife of 64 years, sons Robert (Jane) Henn and Peter (Theresa) Henn, daughter Kathleen (Jerry) Koehler, daughter-in-law Sheila Henn, grandchildren Amy Beth Decker, Alexander (Lauren) Henn, William Henn, Bradley (Elizabeth) Henn, Alana Koehler and great- grandchildren Emilie and Juliana Decker and Kaitlyn Henn. He is also survived by his brother Frank (Etta) Henn and sisters Margaret O'Keefe and Mary Wisniski.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
