Edwin H. Doane's Obituary
Edwin H. Doane passed away on Friday, October 13, 2017.
He was born in Seneca Falls, NY on May 18, 1949 to the late Edwin and Ruby (Smith) Doane.
Ed married Terri Conte on October 15, 1977.
Ed is survived by his wife Terri, their daughter Elizabeth and her husband Jake Reed and their children, his greatest joy, Jackson, Ethan and Carleigh.
He is also survived by his sister Nancy Perry, his mother-in-law Elsie Conte, his sister-in-law Toni and her husband Jim Tauzel, his brother-in-law Peter and his wife Robin Conte, his sister-in-law Lu Staudahar and many nieces and nephews.
Ed was predeceased by his father-in-law Peter Conte Sr.
Calling hours will be held Thursday, October 19, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Heller & Skinner Funeral Home, 155 Main Street in Worcester.
A private family burial will be held at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Worcester at a later date.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Worcester Emergency Squad, PO Box 191, Worcester, NY 12197 or the Catskill Area Hospice, 1 Birchwood Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820.
