Erma F (White) Clapper, 76, Cobleskill, Passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2021 of natural causes.

Erma was born to her parents on October 2, 1944 in Oneonta, NY. Her Father Irvin White, died in 1991 and her mother Margaret Roe White, died in 1954, when Erma was 9 years old.

Erma was educated at Worcester Central School and was employed at Burton Enterprises, Chem RX and Schoharie Valley Farms (formerly Westheimer's Carrot Barn). Prior to the Covid pandemic she spent 9 years volunteering at the meal site @ Teen Town and served meals to the seniors in her community.

Erma had a passion for collecting pocketbooks, angels, and anything that represented faith in the Lord.

She enjoyed listening and reading books from Joel Osteen & Joyce Meyers. In her younger years she enjoyed getting dressed up and going out to listen to Country music and dancing the night away at Boreali's and the Red Barn.

Erma was predeceased by Her husband Fred Clapper Jr., Her son Richard Morrell, Jr., and her Great-Grand Daughter, Avery Morrell.

Remembering her memory and love for them are her five children, Pam Snyder of Schoharie, The late Richard (Grace) Morrell Jr. of Middleburgh, James Morrell of Schoharie, Bob Morrell of Carlisle, and Robin (David) Hotaling of Warrenton, VA. She also loved her grandchildren – David Jr., Stefanie, and Ryan Hotaling, Brandon (Kendall) Morrell, Nicole (Stephen) Smith, Jonathan & Ethan Morrell. Erma, was excited to love and see her Great-Grandchildren Ayden & Issac Hotaling, Clark Smith and Blake Morrell.

Erma is survived by her siblings, Dennis (Gwendolyn) White of Laurens, NY, Robert White of Worcester, NY, Brenda Webster (Ted Compton) of Howes Cave, NY

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 28 ^th from 1-4 pm at the Cobleskill Elks Lodge located at 152 Legion Drive, Cobleskill, NY.
