Mt. Vision -   Gary (Steve) Hartwell, 67, passed away December 11, 2020 at his home.

He was born September 1, 1953, in Astoria, Queens, the son of Webster and Shirley (Minkler) Hartwell.

Steve was a man who enjoyed and made life enjoyable for those whose lives he shared. He enjoyed his Kawasaki motorcycles, live music and especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his children, Matthew (Meghan) Hartwell, Travis (Tracy) Hartwell, Caeleigh (Tim) Chatman; his grandchildren, LiamJames and OwenMatthew Brown; his brother, Andrew (Shirley) Hartwell.

He was predeceased by his father and mother, Webster and Shirley Hartwell; his brother, Robert Hartwell and his sister, Nancy Hartwell.

No services will be held per his request, instead acts of service in his memory are encouraged.
