George M. Fay's Obituary
Westford - George M. Fay, 59, of Westford, passed away, Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at his residence.
He was born September 6, 1947 in Mt. Vernon, the son of George M. and Anne (Branchizzi) Fay.
George served in the United States Army during Vietnam.
Previously from Florida, George has been an area resident for two years.
He was a member of the Disabled American Veteran's.
George is survived by his daughter, Kristen Fay of Danbury, Ct.; 3 brothers, Mike Fay and his wife, Mary of Westford, James Fay of East Durham, and Richard Fay and his wife, Dawn of Pleasant Valley, a niece and five nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Main Street, Worcester with the Rev. Edward Golding as celebrant.
Burial will follow at the Saratoga National Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Monday, March 19, 2007 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. And 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. At the E.J. Skinner Co. Funeral Chapel, 155 Main Street, Worcester.
Memorial contributions may be made in loving memory of George to the Catskill Area Hospice & Palliative Care, 1 Birchwood Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820 or the American Cancer Society, 31 Adams Ave., Endicott, NY 13760.
