Gloria Simonson, 90, passed away, Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Ross Adult Home in Maryland.

She was born on September 2, 1927 in Roxbury; the daughter of Richard and Dorothy (Davidson) Simonson.

Gloria worked at Witney's Department Store in Albany during the Christmas season.

She was a lifelong area resident who was a member of the Worcester Woman's Club and a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit in Schenevus.

A special thank-you to Alberta and Donna for the loving care shown to Gloria.

A graveside service will be held at the Roxbury Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made in loving memory of Gloria to the Susquehanna Animal Shelter, 4841 State Highway 28, Cooperstown, NY 13326.
