Harvey M. Brown, 72, passed away Friday, August 21, 2015 at Focus @ Otsego in Cooperstown.
He was born on May 28, 1943 in South Hampton, NY; the son of Howard and Jessie (McMonagle) Brown.
Harvey is known for his great heart and love for animals and gardening. His "why sure", stories at the Steakhouse and coffee at Stewarts and the Stagecoach.
He is survived by his dog Sugar.
Harvey's family would like to thank the staff on Mountain Ridge at Focus and Bassett's 3rd Floor.
He will be greatly missed.
Per Harvey's request, there will be no services.
Contributions may be made in his name to the Susquehanna SPCA, 4841 State Highway 28, Cooperstown, NY 13326.
