Harvey James Uhlenberg, 79 of Monticello, FL and formally of Warren Center, PA passed away after a brief illness while visiting his family in New York. He is reunited in heaven with his loving wife, Rita; his father and mother, Harvey and Marian Forsyth; his daughter-in-law, Patty Hawthorne; son-in-laws, Timothy McNeil and Robert Woods; granddaughter, Amanda Hawthorne; and two great granddaughters, Autumn Hawthorne and Maranda Winslow.
Cherishing his memory are his three sisters, Florence Jewett, Bernice Blair and Shirley Williams; five children, Wayne Uhlenberg, Cathrine Catledge, Pamela Woods, Stephanie Beams, and Joanne Welch, and three step-children Paul Hawthorne III, Laurie Hawthorne, and Michael Hawthorne. His loving family also includes thirteen grandchildren, Megan Hill, Mathew McNeil, Brandon and Caitlin Woods, Joshua and Craig Beams, Melinda and Christina LaBarre, and Charles LaBarre IV, Jesse Laramie, Shane Hawthorne, Michael and Melissa Hawthorne. He was also loved by 12 great grandchildren.
Harvey was a milkman for many years in New Hampshire and upstate New York as well as being an active member of the Methodist churches in Warren Center, PA and Monticello, FL.

A service to celebrate his life will be held at Abell's Pond in Warren Center, PA on Saturday June 28th at 1 pm, with food to follow.
