ONEONTA – Janet Cleverly, 76, passed away Thursday, September 28, 2006 at her residence.
She was born October 21, 1929 in Stamford, Conn., the daughter of Walter Henry A. and Mary Jane (Kerr) Spinks.
Janet married Harold Edward Cleverly on August 6, 1948 in New Rochelle. He predeceased her on September 30, 1998.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, October 20, 2006 at the Oneonta Plains Cemetery, with the Rev. Kenneth Hunter, pastor at St. James Episcopal Church, Oneonta, officiating.
