Janie D. Nasierowski, 93, passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at the Focus Rehabilitation and Nursing Home.
She was born on April 4, 1921 in Stone Ridge, NY; the daughter of Andrew and Hulda (Sherman) DePuy.
Janie married Ted Nasierowski on December 6, 1958 in Spring Valley, NY.
She was a member of the Schenevus Methodist Church.
Janie is survived by her brother Frank DePuy, several nieces, nephews and cousins and her sister-in-law and brother-in-law Wanda and Edwin Antonowicz.
She was predeceased by her husband, her brothers Raymond and Ernest DePuy and her sister Viola Charter.
A graveside service at the Schenevus Cemetery will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Schenevus-Maryland Emergency Squad, Main Street, Schenevus 12155 or the Schenevus United Methodist Church, Main Street, Schenevus, NY 12155.
