FRANKLIN – Jeffrey E. Finch, 57, went home to be with his Lord and Savior January 26, 2014. He died at home following an eight month battle with cancer.

He was born December 21, 1956 in Oneonta, the son of Lynn M. and Shirley (Rose) Finch.

Jeffrey was a dedicated member of the Walton Reformed Presbyterian Church. He also took great pride in his job as a Historic Building Specialist with the National Park Services.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Ann (Hood) Finch; 3 daughters, Rachel and husband, Timothy Beers and their children, Nathaniel, Elsa, Elias, all of Deposit; Anastasia Finch and Emaline Finch of Franklin; his parents, Lynn and Shirley Finch of Port Crane; a brother, Gregory and wife, Melanie Finch of Waverly; and other dear family members.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, February 1, 2014 at the Community Bible Church, 89 Center St., Franklin.

A private interment will be at the Ouleout Valley Cemetery in Franklin at a later date.
