Oneonta – Jennifer A. Bowman, 48, passed away suddenly at home on January 22, 2023.

She was born September 7, 1974 in Warsaw, the daughter of William C. Harcleroad, Jr. and Ann C. (Smith) Harcleroad.

Jennifer grew up in Mount Morris and graduated from Mount Morris Central School.

She married Kenneth D. Bowman, III in August of 2003.  They moved to Oneonta in 2008.  Jennifer wrote poetry and enjoyed crocheting.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth D. Bowman, III of Oneonta; daughter, Shyann Bowman of Oneonta; brothers, William Harcleroad of Oneonta and Thomas (Lourdes) Harcleroad of Mount Morris; sister, Mary Harcleroad Walker of Oneonta; niece, Maria Ramirez of Mount Morris and a great-niece, Victoria Harcleroad of Mount Morris.

She was predeceased by her parents.

Visitation will be 1 p.m. with the memorial service starting at 2 p.m., Saturday, January 28, 2023 at the Lewis, Hurley & Pietrobono Funeral Home, 51 Dietz St., Oneonta.
