Joseph H. LeVeille, 53, loving husband and father, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at his residence.

He was a fun loving, kind hearted friend to many, who had an amazing sense of humor.

Joe was born on December 21,1960 in Oneonta; the son of Joseph and Marian (Scott) LeVeille.

In 1980, he married Patricia Hecox in Oneonta.

Joe was a jack of all trades who loved the outdoors. He loved his family camp in the Adirondacks, fishing, snow mobiling, NASCAR, classic cars, clasic snowmobiles and racing motor cross in his teenage years. In 2013, Joe did the NASCAR experience in the Pocono's.

He was a member of the Milford Snow trekkers.

Joe is survived by his wife Patricia LeVeille, 2 daughters, Shannon Stockdale and her husband Sean and Jessi LeVeille and her boyfriend Greg Norton, his granddaughter Carly Anne Norton whom he greatly adored, his best friend Abby the Labby and his life long friend Mike Bryden.

He was predeceased by his parents and his grandmother Thelma Scott.

A celebration of Joe's life will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 19, 2014 at his daughter Shannon's home, 358 Crawford Road, in Otego with the Rev. Sylvia Barrett as celebrant.

A private burial will take place at a later date at the Oneonta Plains Cemetery.
