Worcester, NY - Joseph Albert Styslinger, an uncommon soul graced with a profound sense of selfless compassion, family devotion, and everlasting faith, has died at the age of 62 on January 19th, 2010. His gentle spirit will forever be revered and missed by all of those whom he has left behind, and joyously embraced by those with whom he has been reunited.

His kind and loving spirit will live on in the hearts and minds of those whose lives he touched the most - his wife, his two daughters, his grandchildren, his family and his friends.

He is survived by his wife, Josephine (Hagenaers) Styslinger; his daughter, Selina Styslinger and Gary Adams and their children, Sophia and Alexander Adams and his youngest daughter, Sarah Styslinger; his brother and sister-in-law, William and Joyce Styslinger, his sister and brother-in-law, Cecelia and John Sheridan, his sister and brother-in-law, Grace and Hector Espinosa, his sister, Mary Siegel and Paul Donoghue; his sister and brother-in-law, Helen and C. Michael Bennis; his sister, Margaret Styslinger and his sister, Joanne Styslinger, along
with many nieces and nephews.

Joseph is predeceased by his parents, William and Cecelia (Christy) Styslinger and his daughter, Diana Styslinger.

Calling hours which relatives and friends are invited to attend will be held Sunday ,January 24, 2010 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the E.J. Skinner Co. Funeral Chapel, 155 Main St. in Worcester.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 25, 2010 at St. Josephs Roman Catholic Church in Worcester with the Rev. Ronald Green, MM as celebrant.
