Obituary

SCHENEVUS –

Juleann M. Springle died suddenly at home on February 5, 2020.  She was 65.

Julie was born February 10, 1954 at Community Hospital in Montclair, NJ, the fifth kid of Charles and Marion (Teare) Marchant.

Julie grew up in Verona (loved it) and New Providence (didn't love it), NJ.  She made her living as a paralegal and a special events bartender.  Julie was an artist, but would never admit it.  She loved the world of nature, and found most of her friends and solace with birds, animals, flowers, trees, and especially cats.  She was an avid reader of anything written and entranced by movies, even the sucky ones.

Julie is survived by Daniel, son, Christene, daughter-in-law, Beowulf, grandson, Ellen Marchant, sister, Jonathan and Christopher Marchant, brothers, several nieces and nephews, and Lollipop and Rosebud, cats.

Ma, mom, Pop, dad, Charles "Kerry" Marchant Jr., brother, and Marion "Mimsy" Barber, sister, beat her there, wherever that may be.

A few things, other than not dying, would make her happy: donating to the Great Swamp, https://friendsofgreatswamp.org/site/donate/ , donating to St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center, https://www.sthuberts.org/renewyourgiftws , adopting from St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center, https://www.sthuberts.org/animals-available-for-adoption , or any combination of the above.

There will be no services; she adamantly refused them.  Julie was cremated on February 8, 2020.

Arrangements were entrusted with Heller & Skinner Funeral Home, 155 Main St., Worcester, NY, and there is a page on www.hellerskinnerfh.com , where you can express any thoughts, sympathies, or limericks (no discretion necessary).
