Laurens – Kosta Krajovan, 86, went to Heaven August 2, 2017, while he was at home.

He was born September 8, 1930 in Yugoslavia, the son of Jonila and Anna Krajovan. He immigrated to the United States in 1966.


Kosta is survived by his wife, Emelia Krajovan, whom he married in 2011; his son, Steven and his wife, Persida Krajovan; grandchildren, Melanie Krajovan and Steven Krajovan, Jr.; and many friends and neighbors.


Visitation will be Saturday, August 5, 2017, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., with the funeral at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Vasile Popeseu, officiating, at the Lewis, Hurley & Pietrobono Funeral Home, 51 Dietz St., Oneonta.


Kosta will be laid to rest next to his wife of 53 years, Gorica, who died in 2007, at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Emmons.
