Loena Sperbeck

Worcester – Loena Sperbeck 86, Passed away on Wednesday December 6, 2006 at the Otsego Manor.

She was born November 29, 1920 in Worcester, NY; the daughter of Charles W. and Grace (Dingman) Sperbeck.

Loena was a life long resident of the Town of Worcester. She enjoyed cooking, embroidering, reading, gardening and spending time with her family.

Her survivors include two nephews, Jack Alger of Endwell and Michael Austin of Worcester; four nieces, Mary Beth Merwin of Jefferson, Charlene Webster of Stamford, Janet Ten Eyck of Pasadena, CA, and Marianne Illenberg of Wheeling, IL.

Loena was predeceased by three brothers; six sisters and several aunts and uncles.

At her request there will be no calling hours.

A private graveside service will take place at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Worcester at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions be sent in loving memory of Loena to The American Heart Association, Heart Gifts Processing Center, PO Box 3049, Syracuse, NY 13220-3049.
