Lillian M. Smith's Obituary
ONEONTA - Lillian M. Smith, 87, of Oneonta went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 8, 2007.
She was born on December 6, 1919 in Gilbertsville, NY, the daughter of Leo and Phoebe (Wasburn) Breslin.
Lillian was a lifelong area resident and an avid bingo player.
She is survived by her son, Gordon F. Breslin of Oneonta; a granddaughter, Marcia Hoag and her husband, Bob of New Berlin; a grandson, Kelvin Preston and his wife, Sandy of Richfield Springs; 2 great grandchildren, Kelly and Robert Allmendinger of New Berlin and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by two sons, Robert Preston and Thomas Breslin.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 12, 2007 the Butternut Valley Cemetery in Gilbertsville.
There will be no calling hours.
Contributions may be made in loving memory of Lillian to the A.O. Fox Memorial Nursing Home, Activities Fund, One Norton Ave., Oneonta, NY 13820.
