Worcester - Linda Ann Daly, 76, passed away September 9, 2025 at her home.

She was born August 11, 1949 in the Bronx, NY, the daughter of Thomas and Ethel (Meurer) Daly.

Linda grew up in the Bronx with her two brothers.  She graduated from St. Helena High School in 1967. She worked hard following school in various occupations. She eventually took on her greatest role as Mother and protector to her two children. Leading with strength, integrity and a humorous wit, she raised her children all while developing a strong career in real estate on Long Island.  There, her smile and infectious spirit gained her respect and lifelong friends.  She ended her career at Park Ridge Estates as Vice President of sales.

She continued to work and live on Long Island until 2008 when she moved upstate to be closer to her family and grandchildren. She adored being their "Nanny" and never missed a moment with them. Linda spent her free time when possible to volunteer at the Worcester Fire Department Woman's Auxiliary and helped within the community whenever she could. She always looked forward to her "coffee club with the Golden Girls" and enjoying a good laugh on her porch with family and friends.

She is survived by her children, Matthew and Ashley Sivacek of Worcester, and Melissa Sivacek of Salem, NH; grandchildren, Mason, Lily and Samuel Sivacek; her brother, Louis Daly; nephews, Kevin, Peter and Sean Daly; and many beloved cousins.

She was predeceased by her parents; brother, Thomas Daly and her many beloved pets, including Destiny, Sparkle, Andy, Alex and Spencer.

Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday September 26, at the Heller & Skinner Funeral Home, 155 Main St., Worcester.

A Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 27, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 201 Main St., Worcester.
