Linda S. Spencer (Holling), 61, of Rotterdam, New York, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, in her home from respiratory failure caused by COPD otherwise known as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

She was born on January 6, 1963; her parents were William Holling, Ruth Holling, and Harold Ritchey.

Linda moved to Rotterdam in the spring of 1991 with William J Spencer and they married in October 1991.

She studied Business Management at CCBI and Business Management & IT Systems at Utica School of Commerce. Linda's last job prior to her passing was at Strategic Sales & Marketing as a Sales & Marketing Specialist.

Linda's view on life was the smile. The smile leading to the eyes being the windows to the soul. In taking in that view our job is to light them up.

Linda is survived by her son, Maxwell Spencer; daughter, Savanna Boone, sister, Debora Holling and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
