Oneonta - Lloyd L. Fraser "Ted", 76, also known as "The Wise Guy" died peacefully at his home on Monday, March 6, 2023.

He was born December 3, 1946 in Oneonta.  After graduating Oneonta High School in June 1965, he proudly served in the United States Navy from 1965 to 1968, during that time he was deployed twice to Vietnam.  Later he was self-employed until retirement as the Wise Potato Chip Distributor.

Ted is survived by his longtime companion, Donna Ross; his two children, Tim and Tracey Fraser and Stacia and Dan Hood; 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; his sister, Marilyn Theologes Greiner and 3 nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, Lloyd and Beverly Fraser.

The family will be holding a private Celebration of Life.
