Louise W. Leach's Obituary
MARYLAND – Louise W. Leach, 89, passed away Monday, July 19, 2010 at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born August 11, 1920 in Morris, the daughter of Edward and Mary (O'Connor) Wheeler.
She married Richard D. Leach on March 13, 1959 in Circleville. He predeceased her on July 6, 1996.
During World War II Mrs. Leach worked at Bendix Aviation in the Purchasing Department, and later at the former Otsego Wholesale Electric in Oneonta.
She was member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Schenevus.
Mrs. Leach is survived by her sister-in-law, Corda Wheeler of South New Berlin; and several nieces, nephews and cousins; and close friend, Barbara Strader.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Edward, Ralph, Francis and Harry Wheeler.
At Mrs. Leach's request there will be no calling hours or services at this time. Her body was donated to Albany Medical College, Anatomical Gift Program.
A graveside service at the Maryland Cemetery will be 11 a.m., Friday July 15, 2011.
