SCHENEVUS – Lucy Connor, 100, passed away peacefully Sunday, November 25, 2007 at the Otsego Manor.



Lucy was born March 3, 1907 in Brooklyn, the daughter of Andrew and Grace (Buttington) Franzese.



Lucy married Thomas F. Connor in New York City. He predeceased her in February of 1968.



Lucy and Thomas moved to the Schenevus area in 1963. Lucy was a member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Schenevus and the Alter Rosary Society.



She is survived by one son, Donald and wife, Lorraine of Schenevus; a daughter-in-law Joan Connor of Minneola, NY; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.



Lucy was predeceased by two sons, Thomas Jr. And William and her twelve brothers and sisters.



Calling hours will be Wednesday, November 28, 2007 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Heller Funeral Home, Schenevus. A Vigil service will be held at 3:30 p.m. with a recitation of the Rosary to follow.





A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 29, 2007 at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Worcester with the Rev. Edward J. Golding as celebrant.



Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
