CLEBURNE, Texas - Marcia A. Bottke passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2009 in Cleburne, Texas.

She was born July 10, 1924 in Schenevus, to Earl and Helen Grace (Hall) Wilsey.

She married Avery Cooper on August 20, 1944. They had two sons, Joseph and Michael and a daughter, Marcia. She married Edmund Bottke on September 3, 1977.

Mrs. Bottke is survived by her husband, Edmund Bottke of Rio Vista, Texas; sons, Joseph (Barbara) Cooper Watauga Texas and Michael (Barbara) Cooper of Houston, Texas; daughter, Marcia (Grady) Thompson of North Richland Hills, Texas; granddaughters, Carolyn Sue Cooper Karow and husband, Daniel of Howard Beach, NY, Elizabeth Cooper of Dallas, Texas, Stacy Cooper of Houston, Texas and Jennifer Thompson of Ft. Worth, Texas; grandson, Brian Thompson of Fort Worth, Texas; great-granddaughter, Mary Ayla Karow of Howard Beach, NY; brother, Earl Wilsey and wife, Doris of Oneonta; sister, Rosalie Barnes of Schenevus and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Avery H. Cooper, Jr. and her sister, Anna Wilsey Hughes.

Funeral services were held at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home in Cleburne, Texas.

Burial will be in the Schenevus Cemetery Monday, April 27th at 1 p.m. with a short service for family and close friends.
