Oneonta – Marguerite G. "Midge" Wright, 59, passed away on March 4, 2026 at her home.

She was born October 16, 1966 in Sidney, the daughter of Richard W. and Louella M. (Washburn) Wright.

Midge graduated from Unatego High School, Class of 1985.  She enjoyed football, volleyball and softball.

She is survived by her siblings, Donald Wright, Amy Shuart and William Wright; many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents.

A celebration of life will be held at ARC Otsego, 47 Jefferson Ave., Oneonta, Thursday March 12, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
