Marjorie Bleich's Obituary
Marjorie Bleich, 89, of Elizabeth City, NC, formerly of Schenevus, died Saturday February 28, 2009 at Winslow Nursing Home in North Carolina.
Marge was born February 7, 1920 in New York City and was the daughter of Charles and Florence (Vercasio) Miller.
She was married to the late Alfred J Bleich of Maryland, NY and is predeceased by her oldest son, Alfred C. Bleich.
She was an avid collector of teddy bears was very active in community organizations such as the Oneonta Chapter of the AARP and the Schenevus Young at Heart, and was a past president and treasurer of the American Legion and VFW Auxiliary.
She is survived by her son and daughter in-law, Arthur and Peggy Bleich, grandchildren Alfred, Sarah, and Erik, as well as her great-grandson Colin Alfred Bleich.
