WESTFORD – Martin Henry Peeters was born January 12, 2016 in Albany, the son of Jeffrey M. and Molly (McGuire) Peeters and the brother of Katherine. He was predeceased by his brother, Wyatt.
Martin spent 23 precious days with his loving family and friends. He was called to Heaven on February 4, 2016 at The Children's Hospital at Albany Medical Center.
Martin's family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for all the prayers, support and gifts from their beloved family and friends and the staff at the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Albany Medical Center.
A private service was held.
Donations may be made to The Children's Hospital at Albany Medical Center, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, 43 New Scotland Ave., Albany, NY 12208.
