Warnerville, NY -Millard F. "Pete" Sperbeck, 91, passed away Thursday March 6, 2008
at his residence.
He was born November 1, 1916 in Richmondville, the son of Edwin and Luella (Turk) Sperbeck.
Pete married Viva Utter on December 31, 1945 in Richmondville.
He served in the United States Army from 1941 to 1945 during World War II.
Pete was a life long area resident. He was a bus mechanic and driver for the Richmondville Central School. He retired in 1980 after 18 years of employment.
Pete was a member of the United Methodist Church in Richmondville.
He is survived by his wife, Viva; a daughter, Dolores J. Falzarano,of Richmondville; 2 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at a later date at the Maple Grove Cemetery in Worcester. There will be no calling hours.
