Myrtle A Heck's Obituary
ONEONTA – Myrtle Alice Heck, 97, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at the A.O. Fox Nursing Home, Oneonta.
She was born November 13, 1910 in Athelstane, WI, the daughter of Jerome and Alice (Macrill) Kane.
She married Willard Vincent on October 8, 1928, who predeceased her in May of 1958. She then married Amand Heck on June 3, 1978. He predeceased her in November of 1996.
Mrs. Heck was employed at Bendix in Sidney for 23 years.
She is survived by her two daughters, Freda Laterra of Oneonta and Doris and her husband, Kenneth Lane of Fernandina Beach, FL; four granddaughters, Virginia Graver, Patricia Nazzitto, Pamela Cox and Debra Lane; also several great grandchildren.
Private services will be held and interment will take place at the Oneonta Plains Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Catskill Area Hospice and Palliative Care, 1 Birchwood Dr., Oneonta, NY 13820.
