ONEONTA – Olga E. Darr, 91, passed away September 14, 2020 at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital in Oneonta.

She was born July 31, 1929 in North Canaan, CT, the daughter of Frederick and Delfina (Minacci) Piretti.

Olga married Robert F. Darr.

She worked at P & C Grocery in Oneonta for almost 30 years.  She enjoyed spending time at the Ocean and loved to cook.

She is survived by her husband, Robert F. Darr of Oneonta; son, David (JoAnn) Simonds of East Canaan, CT; daughter, Deborah (Richard) Brown of Schenevus; grandchildren, Mark (Kristina) Simonds, Scott (Jane) Simonds, Kate (AJ) Kriha, Timothy (Candice) Brown, Tina (Ian) Quencer; great-grandchildren, Madison, Jacob, Cole, Olivia, Ella, Everett, Owen, Bryn, and Zoey; her brother, Bruno Piretti; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her siblings, Catherine, Elizabeth, Jennie, Burt and Peter.

Per Olga's wishes, there will be no services at this time.
