Oneonta - Ramona V. Self, 72, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown.
She was born on September 2, 1942 in Queens, NY; the daughter of Joseph and Cecylia (Wolus) Kroker.
Ramona married Aaron Self in 1989.
She worked as a waitress at Nick's Diner in Oneonta.
Ramona was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Oneonta.
She is survived by her husband Aaron Self of Oneonta, 2 sons, Mark Moore and his wife Krista and Chris Moore; 1 granddaughter and 2 sisters, Bonnie and Norma.
Ramona was predeceased by her son Michael Moore and her sister Irene.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at the Lewis, Hurley & Pietrobono Funeral Home, 51 Dietz Street in Oneonta with the Rev. Randolph Palada officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made in loving memory of Ramona to the Susquehanna SPCA, 4841 St. Hwy. 28, Cooperstown, NY 13326.
