Raymond H. Morgan Sr., 69, passed away Monday, May 16, 2011 at the Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown.
He was born on January 9, 1942 in Bronx, NY, the son of George and Alice (Barrett) Morgan.
Ray was an auto body mechanic in Worcester.
He is survived by his wife, Muriel of Charlotteville; his daughter, Elizabeth Morgan of New Paltz; 2 sons, Raymond Morgan Jr. of Oneonta and Michael (Brenda) Morgan of Gilbertsville; a brother, George Morgan; 2 sisters, Mary Ann Walters and Betty Lou Moore, many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents.
A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, May 23, 2011 at the Charlotteville Cemetery with the Rev. Eugene Dayton officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made in loving memory of Ray to the American Kidney Foundation, Northeast Chapter, 99 Troy Road, Suite 200, East Greenbush, NY 12061.
