Richard T. Handy's Obituary
EAST WORCESTER – Richard T. Handy, 76, passed away Thursday, August 17, 2006 at Bassett Healthcare Hospital in Cooperstown.
He was born October 23, 1929 in Cobleskill, the son of Oliver P. and Georgana E. (Eckerson) Handy.
He is survived by his children, Lois, Susan, Richard, George, Peter, Ted, and Matthew; mother of his two youngest sons, Jean; and several grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a daughter, Georgana.
There will be no calling hours.
A private interment will be held at the Maple View Cemetery in East Worcester.
Contributions may be made to The Otsego Manor, Activities Fund, 128 Phoenix Mills Cross Road, Cooperstown, NY 13326.
