Richard C. Krueger, 68, of Westford passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at Bassett Healthcare in Cooperstown.
He was born December 7, 1940 in Jersey City, NJ, the son of Harry and Mary (Lisa) Krueger.
Rich married Ann Rocko in Lake Parsippany, NJ in 1962.
He worked at Lewisohn Metal in North Bergen, NJ as a steel fabricator along with being a transmission specialist for his family's business for over 20 years.
Rich has been an area resident for the past 12 years and a seasonal resident for 45 years.
He was a member of the Hudson County Racing Pigeon's Organization.
Rich is survived by his wife, Ann of Westford; 2 daughters, Mary Ann Raad and husband, Gabe of Wayne, NJ and Kathleen Carlisle and husband, Peter of Milford; a grandson, Ryan Carlisle of Milford; a brother, Kurt Krueger and wife, Janet of Schenevus; a sister-in-law, Jean Krueger of Toms River, NJ; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents; his brothers, William and Dominick Krueger and his sister Elsa Agresta.
A graveside committal service will be held at a later date at the Schenevus Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held Saturday, January 17, 2009 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Heller Funeral Home, 25 Arch St. Schenevus.
