Worcester - Robin M. Zeh-McNichol, 58, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018 at her residence.

She was born on May 18, 1960 in Cobleskill, the daughter of Marvin and Julia (Grasso) Zeh.

Robin married Andrew McNichol on July 17, 1988 in Worcester.

She was a lifelong area resident who worked for Astrocom Electronics for 37 years.

Robin loved animals, especially cats, and was known as "The Cat Whisperer".  She would take in strays and find homes for many of them.

She had a fondness of designer purses, jewelry and loved flowers. Spring was her favorite season "when the world was coming alive again".

Even though Robin had no children of her own, she loved her nieces and nephews like they were her kids.

She is survived by her husband, Andrew of Worcester; her sisters, Candace Wheeler and her husband, Doug of Poughquag, Angelyn Starr and her fiancée, Robert Pinkowski of Binghamton and Dolores Kille and her husband, Jim of Florida; her mother-in-law, Helen McNichol of Worcester; her sisters-in-law, Karen McNichol and fiancée, Paul Naples of Worcester, Aileen Head and her husband, Edward of Worcester and Judy McNichol of Ohio; 23 nieces and nephews and 20 great nieces and nephews.

Robin was predeceased by her parents; her sister, Helen Bouck Colbran; her father-in-law, Eugene McNichol and her brother-in-law, Eugene J. McNichol.

A funeral service will be held 12:00 p.m., Saturday, June 30, 2018 at the Heller & Skinner Funeral Home, 155 Main Street in Worcester with the Rev. Dan Martin officiating. Calling hours will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the service time.
