Roger D. Sperry's Obituary
ONEONTA – Roger D. Sperry, 72, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at the NYS Veterans Home at Oxford.
He was born January 20, 1943 in Oneonta, the son of Alton and Gracie (Bostick) Sperry.
Roger was a United States Air Force veteran, serving from 1964 to 1967.
He is survived by his wife, Darla Sperry; son, Joseph and Dawn Sperry; granddaughter, Krista Sperry; siblings, Niva Eccleston, Agnes, Rous and Donald Sperry; many nieces and nephews; a dear friend, Sadie Carvin.
He was predeceased by his siblings, Edith, Louise, Russell, Ernie and Claudine.
At Roger's request, there will be no services.
